Community and Culture
We know that it is not enough to simply bring trainees and faculty to our hospital - we want to have a culture of welcome and inclusion. Toward this end we work within our hospital to listen, learn and embrace those of all backgrounds. We are part of the larger community of UPMC and also reach out to collaborate with our colleagues from all across western Pennsylvania and now extending to Harrisburg.
