Funding for Conferences
The form provided below will formalize a process to request funding from CHP to support marketing events (e.g., sponsorships, advertising, booths, social hours, etc.) at conferences, events, talks, and other related professional development activities. In order to apply for funding, please download the fillable pdf, complete it, and send to Mary Jo Chelosky at cheloskym@upmc.edu. Please make sure you have received approval from your Division Director for this request before submitting an application.
Mary Jo Chelosky will ensure the application is complete and forward to Department of Pediatrics leadership for review.
Completing the application does not guarantee a request will be approved. Mike Comunale will reply to all requests after a decision has been made, and if approved, a funding source will be provided.
Please keep in mind that the funds are limited to support such requests, so approvals will be selective. Approval one year does not mean it will be granted again the following year.
