Gail J. Waltz, MD
- Resident, PGY-3
Waltz, is a resident physician at UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Carleton College in Northfield, MN. After her undergraduate education, Waltz worked as an Americorps member for College Possible, an organization that supports high school students from diverse backgrounds to gain acceptance into college and persist through graduation. She then completed medical school at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, earning the William K. Sieber, MD, Award for Excellence in Pediatric Surgery.
